ROCK HILL, South Carolina ( The Adobo Chronicles ) – While the Republicans are working hard to exclude the liberal media from the GOP presidential debates, the Democrats have decided to be  more inclusive — by including the candidates’ spouses.

The next debate — technically being called a ‘forum’  — will be held Friday, November 6 at Winthrop University in Rock Hill, South Carolina. It will be aired on MSNBC and hosted by Rachel Maddow.

Unlike the crowded Republican field, the Democratic presidential contenders are now down to three, after Governor Lincoln Chafee and Senator Jim Webb suspended their campaigns.

With only three candidateas left  — Hillary Clinton, Bernie Sanders and Martin O’Malley — MSNBC struggled with the fact that three candidates in a two-hour forum won’t be enough to fill the entire time slot.

So, the ever-brilliant Maddow came up with the idea of including the candidates’ spouses, and to focus the discussion on the American family.

So, come November 6,  make way for Bill Clinton, Katie O’Malley and Jane Sanders.

Maddow has asked viewers to send her questions for the candidates and their spouses — “questions that we don’t already know the answers to ” she stressed.

So no questions on Monica Lewinski, please.

  1. It’s amazing how unaware liberals are of their biases and how poorly they write.
“While the Republicans are working hard to exclude the liberal media from the GOP presidential debates, the Democrats have decided to be more inclusive — by including the candidates’ spouses.”
How stupid is that comment? How are repubs trying to exclude liberal media? And how does including wives compare? The fact is that the dems have excluded conservative media, but the writer seems totally oblivious to that truth.
“The ever brilliant Maddow”. What a joke. The forum was like a junior princess competition, with sophomoric questions, like what do you miss the most that has been made obsolete by technology. Wow, that’s a real poser, that let’s you look into the deepest recesses of Bernie’s heart. Or Maddow’s parroting the dem party line as if it were indisputable. It will be interesting to see what the ratings will , but if the other events are more of the same, the dem party will be the dems will be in for a rough 2016 election.
